Preventive maintenance visits
Regular, scheduled visits that catch small wear before it becomes a repair — each one logged to the property record so the next visit starts from what the last one found.

- Caulking and weather-seal observations, with minor touch-ups included
- A recorded findings report with photos and next-due dates
Not included

A preventive visit is not a building, safety, code or engineering inspection. Any specialist finding is referred to an appropriately authorized party — Northfield records it and never performs regulated work itself.
Give the property a record — not another loose note.
Tell us about the property or the issue. Northfield confirms scope, keeps the record, and you approve the work before it’s scheduled.
