From first note to a kept record
A calm, methodical path. You approve scope and see the work, and the history stays with the property — season to season, nothing silent.
Tell us about the property or issue
Send a request describing the property or the issue, by room or zone. A request is not yet a quote or an appointment — it is the start of a conversation, and you can add safe photos to help scope it.
Northfield confirms fit and scope
Northfield confirms the work is in supported scope and in the Kitchener/Cambridge coverage area. If it is not the right fit, or it needs regulated work, we say so plainly rather than reroute silently.
Review a quote or maintenance plan
You receive a written quote or a maintenance plan with the scope by room, zone or asset, what is included, what is excluded, and a schedule window. Nothing is scheduled until you approve it.
Receive scheduled visit updates
Once approved, the visit is scheduled within its agreed window. You get updates as it is scheduled and assigned — recurring plans repeat on their cadence.
See findings, approvals and completed work
You see the findings, any change orders you approved, and the completion evidence. If an unexpected condition appears, the crew records it and Northfield proposes a changed scope for you to accept or decline — never a verbal-only change.
Pay Northfield directly and keep the history
You pay Northfield directly under the Collective’s direct-pay model. The visit, findings and evidence stay on the property record, so the next season starts from what the last one found.
A request is not a quote or an appointment. Northfield confirms fit and scope first, then sends a quote or plan for you to approve — nothing is scheduled, and no price or date is fixed, before you approve it.
Give the property a record — not another loose note.
Tell us about the property or the issue. Northfield confirms scope, keeps the record, and you approve the work before it’s scheduled.
