Privacy
How a maintenance request treats your information on this demonstration storefront.
A request is private by design
This is an illustrative demonstration storefront. In a real deployment, the information in a maintenance request — your contact details, the property, the issue and any photos — is treated as private and used only to respond to your request.
Addresses, access notes and property photos are stored privately with authorized access only, and access instructions are encrypted. Photo metadata (EXIF) is stripped by default.
What is never sent to analytics
Addresses, issue descriptions, asset IDs, filenames and access instructions are never sent to analytics. Only coarse events — a service or plan view, a request start or submit, whether the Northfield preference was kept — would be measured.
Least-privilege access
An assigned crew member sees only the data needed to do the job. Sensitive-data access is audited, and retention and deletion policies apply. Every record query is authorized server-side.
